Fall musings

School began today. That means two things:
1) The staff of the University are sad. No more empty sidewalks. No more places to sit in the cafeteria. No more decently-clad people. No more empty rec center. Yes, we are aware that students make our jobs at the U a possibility. No, that doesn't stop us from daydreaming about some compromise situation where the students are not actually, physically here.

2) I am excited. My Mr. starts his final year in his doctorate. As long as everything goes as planned, he should be Dr. My Mr. in the Spring! HOOOORAY!
